Accept an invitation

When a customer invites you to connect in Mitigater, they’re asking for permission to view your risk management. Simply click Accept to give them access. Only the companies you approve can see your data.



We want you to feel safe knowing that you only share your data with clients you accepted in Mitigater. This guide covers how to accept an invitation.

Find your invitations

Navigate to the Home section to access your dashboard, where all important notifications and invitations are centralized. This tells you that you have an invitation from a client to handle.

Click on "Show all pending invitations" to easily access the pending requests.

Find client settings

Locate the specific invitation you want to accept. The three dots indicates that there are settings available. You see this settings icon on many places in Mitigater. Click it to make changes.

Accept the invitation

By accepting the invitation, you agree on sharing your certificates and documentation on how your company handles risks with that certain client. If this is not your client - you can also, off course, reject the request.

Filter clients

You can filter your clients on all clients, unhandled, accepted and rejected. In Mitigater you can share the same information with all your clients without having to upload anything new.
