Grant access to your account for support
In this guide, you’ll learn how to grant Mitigater’s support team temporary access to your company profile so they can assist with data-related issues. Once you grant access, the support team can immediately view and help manage your information. If you ever want to stop their access, you can simply revoke it and they’ll lose the permissions right away. This process ensures you maintain control over your company’s data while still getting the help you need.
Navigate to the profile
Click the icon for your profile options in the top right corner.
Click the "Profile" button.
Show company
Click "Show" for the company you want to edit.
Grant Access
Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "Grant Access" button. This will give the Mitigater Support Team Access to your company page.
Revoke access
You can at any time click "Revoke access", and the Mitigater team will no longer have access to your company page.
