Pending invitations to your suppliers

At the "Home" section you can see your pending invitations to suppliers.

Click "Show all pending invitations" to navigate to all of your pending invitations in the "Clients & Suppliers" section.

The status "Pending" means that you have already sent an invitation to a supplier - that they have not yet accepted.

If you want to remind your supplier you can click the "Resend invitation" button. Once clicked it will be deactivated for some time to avoid spamming.

The status "Unhandled" means that you have not yet sent an invitation to the supplier.

Click "Send invitation" to invite a new supplier.

Filter on "Accepted invitation" to see suppliers that have accepted your invite.

Remember that: Building transparency in a value chain is a journey that relies on trust and relationships. It may take time for partners to feel comfortable sharing data. Be patient and work together. The power of real data is worth it.
