How to handle and understand the section "Unhandled sent connections" in Mitigater.
Unhandled sent connections
When you have sent connections that are unhandled by your supplier you can see them here, in the "Home" section.
Find your connections
Click "Show all sent connections" to navigate to the unhandled connections in the "Connections" section.
Explained
"Unhandled sent connections" are connections to your products that are not yet connected with your suppliers products.
No supplier product connected
"Connection incomplete: No supplier product connected" This means that the supplier of the product is connected to your company but not to this specific product.
No supplier connected
"Connection incomplete: No supplier connected"This means that the supplier of the product is not yet connected to your company.
Remind your suppliers
You can remind unconnected suppliers on the "Client & Suppliers" page.
