Upload the connections file
This guide will walk you through importing the connections file. The connections file is generated from our example file and emailed to you from our support team.
Note: If you have not yet imported your products, please do so before uploading the connections file. The connections file relies on the products being present in the system
to complete the
process.
Upload your file
Just like with your products file, drag and drop the export_connections file into the drag-and-drop area—this time in the Connections section.
Verify and import
Check that a sample connection from your file correctly matches the expected data fields. Then click import.
Suppliers are now added and you can see the connection for each product under the Connections section.
The final step for you is to also invite your suppliers to the plattform. They upload their own data in the same way and the connections can continue to build your value chains on a product level:
